Help with "Puzzling Caverns" Puzzle - Chapter 4

Does anyone know the order you are supposed to use to solve the red dot puzzle in the Puzzling Caverns :?:

O stands for on. X stands for off.

When you start the puzzle, it looks like this -

O X X O

X X X X

X X X X

O X X O

Step on the four lights in the center. Then they all should be on, so what you do now is run across all of the lights in each row. Then they'll all be off, and then you can get the fairy bell!
