I'm sure we'd be glad to download them and post feedback, but I have no software installed that opens GAM files, and I suspect no one else does either.

Yes, I had that problem too.
Which means that I can't play them! :(

Erm, triple omega dittoness! I could not even download the files... I do however want to try the chat room, anybody want to meet in the chat room in exactly two hours? If so, be there!

You need to open it with the game factory, or at least the demo version of it. Download the demo at www.clickteam.com

Cool, when will your big game be released? The one where I have been incorporated into a boss? :P

You, my friend, will be in Super Stick Person RPG! Were you able to download the games?

I'm actually pretty sure there's an option to build .exe files in The Games Factory...

Yeah, distributing your game in a format that only the compiler itself can read seems counter-intuitive. I certainly don't want to bother downloading the program you used to create the game just so I can play it.

.exe files won't work on my website. You will have to download the Games Factory trial and suffer like a pickle fish! OOGY BOOGY!

.exe files won't work on my website.

...and you didn't think of putting them in a ZIP file, which is the de facto standard for non-self-extracting downloads? "EXE files won't work on my website" just isn't an excuse anymore, what with the proliferation of archiving software (like ZipGenius, which is also free).

Because he's giving good advice? Seriously, he just told you to put the files into .zip files so you can upload them, because if you don't, fewer people will download/play your games as nobody wants to download a demo of some other program they're not going to use just to play a game of which they might not even really know what it is.
