"HIntergu's Bombs" is a "Bomberman" clone I'm working on (yes, I know, I'm working on too many games... Speaking of that, I completed the 4th level in Saving Puzzling Grabble :-P) featuring Hintergu. You most likely don't know him as I never actually released any "Hintergu" games due too lack of quality (they were some of my first Klick & Play games XD I did start some kind of remake named "Gunion Crisis" some time ago, though). Hintergu is a Gu (pronounced "Goo"), an inhabitant of the planet Gunion. Gus are white, spherical creatures with red rectangles for eyes, a red square for a mouth and a green triangle above their eyes. One time, Grandmaster Kazam came to Gunion and turned all the Gus into vile creatures such as the black Vodergus, the green Foretagus and the orange Desargus. Hintergu fought him, but that's a different story.
In "Hintergu's Bombs", Hintergu, a Vodergu, a Foretagu and a Desargu fight each other with bombs, like in Bomberman. The game will include new objects in addition to the classic bomberman things, 6 different tilesets, lots of arenas and a level editor, maybe also computer controlled opponents if I manage to program an acceptable AI. So far, there are still some minor bugs in the level editor (e.g. you have to click "load" twice to actually load the level), a few options don't work yet and some things still need to be removed (I based the editor on the (unfinished) level editor I created for "Ace of Maze 2", but some of the things that were needed in that game aren't needed in a Bomberman game) and I need to translate it to English (it's German right now). Regarding the game itself, I still need to program a few power-ups, 1 new type of block and a level selection/player settings GUI, everything else is already finished.
Last but not least, screenshots:

The level editor, the current level is called "Equal Chances". BTW, the tilesets you choose for a level don't get displayed in the editor to decrease its size.

The editor lets you "import" MIDIs. What actually happens is that they get moved into the game's "MIDIs" directory, which you could also do manually, but if you don't use the import function, the editor might not recognize the new files. You can also import graphic files to be used as a "background" for the level.

"Classic Bomberman", from the actual game.

"2 Houses", this one shows the space tileset and bigger blocks. Even though this level is supposed to be played 2 vs. 2, the 4th player does not work correctly yet. :-P
It shouldn't take too long until I can release the game, you should expect to see it in the next few weeks.
