SPAM is one thing in my eMail that makes me scream (like a duck?)
It is a Vile, Idiotic, and Troublesome thing. I fight SPAM, adware, spyware, malware, and even extortionware (Virtual Bouncer, what a crock, you have to pay THEM to remove it..or a technician like me, that is.) in my line of work, and I see it everyday...people KILL thier' computers to no end...

And it all 100% preventable! All of it! Sheesh...if you get a pop-up that says, "You are infected with Spyware!!! Click here to remove it!"
DO NOT DO IT!!!
If you close a popup by clicking on a "Cancel" button opposite the
"OK" button and NOT the upper right-hand "X" next to the Maximize button, you too may get hit with Adware....

Do yourselves a favor...go to www.microsoft.com and get MS Antispyware (Win XP and Win 2k SP4 only)....
Dont click on anything that pops up...Dont give out yur eMail to any stupid "Survey"....and for the love of Hamumu......
stop using the so-called "Free" programs and stop using file-sharing programs...espessally Kazaa...If you do...you are asking for it...IT SAYS RIGHT IN THE INSTALL AGREEMENT!!!! "I am putting adware on your system!! Are you Ok with this???" And like a silly person....you say yes???? Why? Beats me.....I guess we are all click-happy... :lol:

So yes...when that wonderful world comes out....I will be one of the first to download it....It will be good therapy for me....I get to beat on SPAM for once and not the other way around...

Or you can just get a good pop-up killer (or a browser that can prevent pop-ups, like Opera) and delete all the emails looking like spam. Some adware and such will somehow still get onto your comp, but it shouldn't be that big of a problem. Heck, I hadn't scanned my computer for adware and such for months, and when I just did, Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware) found and deleted a mere 11 objects in a matter of seconds. Still, I wonder what this even has to do with the topic anymore >_>

Sheesh..just when you've heard it all..hmmm. this reminds me of a time I was in this parallel
universe, and we all had beards (Yeah, I know...Hammered, Christian, and Bearly with beards...

Well, long story/short, I decided to take a quick peek inside, and well, it was him....but he
was a bit shorter and with less feathers...and he was...well... he was...not quite "alive" in
the tradititional sense. I guess all those years falling (and without food or lime seltzer) warped him somehow...

Yeah.
Once, there was spam. It filled the fair(ly strange) land of Total Mayhem, crushing the rare sensible posts. The spam was putting under siege some of the nearby kingdoms, and was attacking some posts on the close to the border.
Quite suddenly, hurricane Jamulio formed in the centre of Total Mayhem, and much spam was swallowed up. Even more suddenly, Jamulio, and all the spam disappeared, and the world of Hamumu was saved.

What you did is considered "pseudomodding". Pseudomodding is if you tell other people that their post wasn't made in the right forum, is spam, is against the rules or whatever (in other words: act like a mod/admin) without being an admin or moderator (in that particular subforum). If you think it's really important that that particular post gets moved or deleted, report that to an admin (read: Jamul) or mod.

You are trying to do it again! If you feel that something is escaping the mod or admin's attention you should PM them, not post in the thread. In addition, you have suggested that this thread be made sticky several times. This thread is complete garbage and it will never be stickied. Do not bother to ask again.
