I actually find it even more annoying if people make "am I annoying?" topics :-P Anyway, you're not that annoying, pizza, but try not to post in topics that have been inactive for a month or longer in the future; those topics are considered "dead", meaning that people aren't interested in them anymore (if they were, they'd post in them :-P) and wouldn't want to suddenly see them appear on top of the page above all the current topics. It's even worse (and rather pointless) if the person who made the topic isn't even at the forums anymore. The only "dead" topics you should post in are those marked "sticky"; they're always at the top of the page anyway, so it doesn't really matter.
