Download link (ftp://ftp.kiarchive.ru/pub/.1/msdos/games/play/action/smash247.zip). It needs to be in pure DOS mode with a SoundBlaster-compatible to work properly, so your best bet is DOSBox. The installation batch file doesn't work, just unzip SPIS to any location and unzip VOC to a directory of the same name within that location.
