As far as I know, you can't. I don't think any were ever released by anyone. I seem to remember something from some diehard fan... but I don't really recall if that actually happened or not, and even if it did, I have no idea where it would be available now, 12 years later!

I seem to recall a single "bonus" world, fan-made, that was included in the release of version 3.00E. As far as any of us is concerned, that's probably the only extra SPISPOPD world you're likely to ever see.

Nope, I made that one! It's based on Ultima III/IV, and I think it's cute.

It's included in SpisEdit.

How can I get SPISEdit?

I've got SPISPOPD, and I finally figured out to work it, but it'd be cooler to see how levels are made.

SpiderPumpkin put this up one day in July of 2004 and forgot to take it down:

Contains the full version of SPISPOPD 3.00E plus the editor, so put it in a different directory from your regular version. Read SpisEdit.doc for editing info. Oh, and be sure to use DOSBox if you're not already, that makes things a lot easier.

Well, it was definitely included with one version of the game, at least by the looks of the SPISfaq.
