If you got here from the Hamumu website, you might not have any idea what this game is! It's a website filled with mind-shattering puzzles of every type (well, every type that can be represented as text and images, and answered by a single word or number - but you'd be surprised just how many types that is!). Go sign up and start solving puzzles at www.dumbthegame.com right this second!

Get to it!! The puzzles aren't getting any easier!

Why is there a forum for this on hamumu.com?
EDIT: It's a hamumu game? Cool! I'll play it right now!

There's these coins http://dumbthegame.com/images/coin.gif
But does the amount of them decrease at all when used?
P.S. Did you make up these puzzles all by yourself, Jamul? :P

So far, I have made all but 2. Primary Location is by Lerc, and Type It is by Mrfun.
Yes, it costs one coin to unlock a puzzle. But you gain 2 for each one you solve.

But I had 7 coins and when I unlocked a puzzle I still had 7 coins. :|

Maybe you should put a link on the Hamumu website to Dumb: the game.

How do you know if you're logged in?
If you get a choice that says "Choose a Puzzle" you're logged in. If you don't, you aren't logged in.

Plus, the login boxes are replaced with your username and DQ.

There appears to be an integration between the Dumb Account and the Dumbness Quotient...but why do I see no change in my DQ on my DP after solving the three easiest puzzles?

You have to wait until midnight. If you don't get it then, check to see if the e-mails are the same in both.

...midnight? I assume that it updates on a daily basis...ah well. I'll come back again tomorrow and check then.

That is, Midnight GMT -8, which is Jamul's timezone.

Make sure your email address is the same here on the forum and on Dumb: The Game before you start your waiting!

Yep, it is definitely working. Looks like it updates at noon here in Singapore (which is twelve hours ahead of America by default). 8)

That doesn't make sense, if Singapore is GMT +8. It should update at 4PM.

That makes even more sense...because I only created my account after 5 PM.

Can I Post Puzzle Ideas As You Said,Jamul?

You can email puzzle ideas to me. But fair warning: people have been doing that for a couple years now and I haven't put any in! Not because the ideas aren't any good, just because I haven't done any D:TG work in that long. It's a really involving task to work on those puzzles, and I already have way too many other things to do. I'd say it's a pretty darn extensive game as is, should take you many weeks to 'win'!
