I think they mean #16, White Noise. I could use a hint too.

I could solve the whole thing without having to even look at the black and white boxes! You need to take in the whole picture.

I was reffering to which white and Black box, 3 & 15, but Yeah white nioce, 16, has me stumpped as well.

I had a lot of trouble with puzzle 16, too. It reminded me a lot of puzzle 18 once I solved it.

i'm not sure what the boxes at the bottom mean, but i solved it without needing them

white noise is easy, dont even look at the boxes down there, the answer is in the picture, also which white was the first one i solved, it was pretty easy

Unlike everyone else, it seems, I solved it completely from the boxes, not the picture at all. Perhaps all you need to know is a lot is solely there to distract you and isn't important at all..
