I'm curious as to how well those ads pay and how close jamul might come to becoming "filthy rich".

I hope it works, I don't want to see this site taken down.

I found the ads to be very educational when the person from New Zealand was in first place. Every single ad was for car rentals in New Zealand. Of course, since I lived in the good old USA, I couldn't be bothered to click on any of them.

Me too. I also think it'd be cool if you could unlock something really cool with 100 points because some people are going to unlock all the riddles even when he has over a hundred of them.

Yes, it had occured to me that none of the "sponsored links" on the search page were going to interest us -- we're not Googling stuff we want to know about, we're Googling stuff Jamul wants us to Google (and stuff we mistakenly think Jamul wants us to Google).

The money so far has been tragic at best. But traffic has also been really low, so get out there and drag all your friends in!! Free puzzles!! Many more coming soon, because lots of people are answering my cry for help and sending stacks of ideas.

The sponsored links aren't really something I even thought about. You're supposed to click on the ads on the page itself. Hopefully if I get some more traffic going I can change from Google Ads (or alternate) to ads from indie game companies who pay for the exposure. Those will probably be more of interest than what Google has come up with.

Or you could put the words 'computer game' somewhere on the page. (If that's how Google Ads work... I really don't know.)
