I can solve the section with the commas, no problem, but all the obvious ways that it could tie in with the numbers on the right don't work. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

I believe I'm at the same point you are, Titan. Have you made any more progress? The association between the clue and those numbers is escaping me.

I haven't figured it out yet either, but in Europe a comma replaces a decimal point. So the first number would be 77,035. I don't know if I'm on the right track or not but maybe this helps (or sends you down the wrong path)

I'll bump this for good measure. I can figure out what the blanks say, just not what they mean. And due to the fact that there have been only nine solvers up to this point, I'm not particularly optimistic I'll be getting a whole lot of help, heh.

its actually not hard once you get the blanks, its just a bit of a leap and you need a little guessing what to do since theres not really any hint as to what to do next.

I'm working on this one too. I'm getting a coded message for the blanks, but the message doesn't seem to work with the numbers....
for my message, try to find the names of the bones.
I just got it. There's another hint elsewhere on this forum.

Where? I can't seem to find any other mention of this puzzle.
Can anyone tell me if thinking in terms of coordinate pairs be on the right track?

is the answer in the picture or does it require a little googling?

the answer in the blanks doesnt make sense, the three blanks after the comma do, and so do the first 4 blanks! but i dont know what blank 5 and 6 mean? i just want to know if it should make sense or not, just to know whether im on the right track!... oh and what to do after that! :P

These puzzles are funny; some I can't get at all but the comments imply it's obvious, and some are the other way around. This one, I'm not sure... I got the answer, but it doesn't really make complete sense to me.
When jwm says there's a clue elsewhere in the forum, note that the clue doesn't reference this puzzle directly.
Personally, I don't understand how this is the correct answer. I don't know how to say my issues with it without giving too much away, though.

That wasn't me, but having since solved the puzzle it's true, just as it's true for Hollywood Calling, if you happened to work out how to use the first clue.
And I was on the right track to think about co-ordinate pairs, just not in the way I originally thought.

Hopefully this doesn't give too much away, but think of the results of the first step as instructions for how to do the second step. And to repeat a previous hint, WHAT to do in the second step becomes pretty obvious when you read a post jamul made in a different thread.
Also, I don't know if anyone else had a problem with this, but I am partially colorblind so it was really difficult to see that there are actually 8 different colored bones.

I got the phrase I believe, but I have no idea what it means, I've puzzled out all the possibilities but I don't know how it ties in with the coordinates on the right. Also, the coordinates are not pairs, so that's another twist. PM big hint anyone please?

I've got the message too, but now what? I've plotted the numbers six ways to Sunday, but nothing seems to have any connection to the text. Can anyone give me at least a nudge?

Here's a very important thing to point out on this one that I was really mad when someone pointed it out to me:
The eye socket is NOT the grey box. Jamul shouldn't have colored it grey. You'll think it's really funny when you figure out which bone is highlighted in grey, it's not obvious at all, and even after it was pointed out to me, I barely even saw it.
Also remember to plot the coordinates in the order given by the boxes, not in top to bottom order, I made a slight mistake on that but I caught it really quick.
Oh, also, the name you need for the ankle bone is very unobvious, I suggest filling in the rest of the blanks and just fill in that one using logic. Ankle bone should be either ankle or calcaneus, but it's not.

to tell you the truth i can tell exactly which arm bone is grey!! ;)
Indeed, I saw the gray, but jusme you say the coordinates must be in the correct order??????
Now my face turns gray, coordinates ?? order ??? a PM ??
Somebody shoot me. I thought I already had the right clue, but Google showed me everything but the amount of foot on the XXX.

Well once you know what you are looking for it shouldnt be too hard to find out how tall he/she/it is

hmm, i have the message and thought it was telling me which one to enter but ive tried two of the numbers rounded up, but neither works, do we have to add two numbers together and round it off?? some one help me please!

The numbers are not the height, they are the location.

Anyone want to PM me a hint? I have the first part of the puzzle worked out. I just don't know how it relates to the numbers.

Could some kind soul lend assistance? I believe I have the color coded phrase and that phrase points me to a set of coordinates? From there, it kinda falls apart...

If you have coordinates, what's the first place you'd likely go to use those? It's a common tool, but you may need to use the help to figure out how to use it in this case.
Once you the right tool and use it, it will be very obvious how to get the final answer from there.

Alright..
So I know what bones are what bones, but I do not know what to do with that information....
Or the numbers on the side.
Please PM some direction and some helpful hints, or how the hints on the thread can be applied.
While doing this a song pops into my mind, will that lead me in the wrong direction? lol

Yo,
Just solved this bad boy. Sounds like most people are doing alright with the first part of the puzzle involving the bones (it helps to be in med school, that's for sure) The second part, what do you do with coordinates? The internet helped me out with that, and then surprisingly, Wikipedia too, which no one has mentioned yet.
