"Special" ranks?

I've seen some people with ranks other than the "Mortal" or "Cool dude"

Such as "Nailed It" or "Eats People"

How do you get this to happen? :cry:

What yor are referring to is called a Custom Title. I got mine for being a beta tester - I gave one away when I won it in a contest and I already had one. I believe if you check out the prize pile in the Dr. Lunatic forum, you will see that it is still available as a prize if you get enough points in a Monthly Merge contest.
