number 13 is tough, but you'll have to rise above it. try to picture it and the answer will come to you.

i don't know weather or not i can give a hint for 4 without giving it away.

number 12 is evil. that's not a hint. it just is. it's one of the least solved puzzles, and i think a significant portion of the people who answered it guessed repeatedly, since the solution space is somewhat constrained. i think there's only been one "good" hint on it, and jamul said it was over the line, so i'm not sure if anyone can help you.
