There have been other threads asking for game making programs afaik, you might want to use the search feature before creating a thread next time.

You can easily make 3D (first-person shooter) games with
FPS Creator (http://www.fpscreator.com/). I haven't tried it though.

Blender 3d ( www.blender3d.org ) is an open source 3d modeling and animation program that supports python scripting and game engines. However, it has alot of buttons. Eventually, it will become easy to use, though.
