Can anyone help me out with this puzzle because i don't understand it.

I get the impression the image might be a 3D stereogram, but that hasn't helped me out so far.

Aargh! I've got so close, and yet so far. It's about the image, but not it's not what you're thinking of. Think about the puzzle's name, and you might get it. (Trying not to give it away.)
