Would someone be kind enough to tell me what sub-level has the third fairy in Chapter III? Please? :)

I have found in before, but I'm playing again and I'm ready to move to the fourth chapter but I realize I don't have the third fairy!?!

I've been revistng all the sub-levels, but I must keep missing it! :roll:

You don't have to give me details, just which sub-level I should look in, please!

There's fairies in The Castle Sewers, the level with tons of Peeping Bombs, the level that keeps switching the rooms around, and Whack-a-Zoid.
