confused on Dependency

What is it exactly you guys recognize in the background image?
I found out what symbols mean but can't think about anything what relates that information to the numbers on the right side of the picture.

Are you talking about "Dependency"?

If so...concentrate on the bottom of the background picture. That would be the first thing you would recognize and then you could determine where it comes from.

Good hint, I said the title over and over to myself. And then my fiancee goes, "hey, isn't that picture from..." and I said OHHHHHHHHHH and I had the puzzle like 30 seconds later.

A lot of people seem to have that problem... maybe the image should be sharpened a bit? :?

I dont think the image should be sharpened at all (as this was the only puzzle I have ever understood what the background meant right away). Besides the title pretty much says it all
