How do you get to the island with the fishing pole (In Brayka Lake)

By my recollection, there is a raft hidden in some trees near the left end of the lake. It's pretty hard to see, but you should find it. I think that you may also need the Sparkthrower (green hammer throwing sparks) to get through. There will be simple raft maze.
