The fishing pole? It's in the lake section - you have to go though a dumb side portal to get to it - but I can't remember how exactly you get there. Sorry about that.

The fishing pole is available in the full version, in Brayka Lake. It should be on an island (floating) with a note next to it. I'm looking for it, and will screenshot if possible.
