SPISPOPD Need Some Help

I download the original SPISPOPD(version from the year 1993) and I also
downloaded a progam called DOSbox.After downloading those files
I then created a folder called smash in the (C) section of my computer.
Then I copied those files into smash.After that I double clicked to run
DOSbox and I typed in the following:

mount c: C:/smash

C:

setintr 7

smash

But when I typed in setintr it said it was an illegal command.???????
So I couldent run SPISPOPD,so I then started looking into the SPISPOPD
folder and I found an application called SMASH,so i double clicked on it
and it said it was incopateble with 64bit windows.
