Still stuck on April hidden goal

I know the hidden goal is in April week 3 and the hint is a visual tile change but I cannot find it at all, let alone get to it! Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks very much, I have done it! It was harder than I expected to do, but got there. Couldnt see the visual hint tile before your tip but all done now.
