What about a new word to state how someone doesn't care about an attempt at a meme? "Mehme": "Meh" being "Eh, don't really care" and "me" being that "meme" is spelled with two "mes". This could be applied to (yes) compare the clocks, penguins, mimes, fly polls... etc. And even to the creation of "mehme"!
(Would it be better with or without a dash between syllables? "Mehme" or "Meh-me")

Maybe we should let in-jokes breed naturally, or else artificially made in-jokes might give us diseases when we eat- I mean, read them.

'Mehme' is so difficult to say without it sounding stupid. :/

It wouldn't have to be said, just used around the forum.

Wouldn't matter to me, I also sound stupid when I use normal words. ;P
BTW, "attempts at a meme" never actually become one anyway. Memes aren't something someone has decided the whole internet should use, they just happen (or don't happen, for that matter). |
