I really like playing Hamumu games, and computer games in general, but I often don't like going in full screen mode because I get detached from chatrooms, MSN and such. Is there any way to quickly switch back and forth between full screen games and the desktop without messing up your computer?
P.S. I know about window mode, but it's laggy on my computer, so I don't like doing it... P.P.S. And please don't say "Exit the game", I want to keep the game running, not shut it down as I go back to my desktop.

Plain old Alt+Tab should work for a lot of games, though it may not exactly be "quick" depending on your computer. Note that Hamumu games (at least older ones) will most probably have messed up colours after an Alt+Tab if you have any Explorer windows open (or any sort of application that could try to gain focus).

I use the button with the Microsoft Windows Flag on it, but I don't think all computers have it. It works, though.

I use the "windows"+D, which minimizes everything, then I bring up the thing I want. Not the easiest way, but it works.

What do you mean by "windows"? Is that a button somewhere on the keyboard? (I'm assuming it's not the actual button of the window's logo, since I don't think it can be used together with another button...)

Oh, so it is.
Both the Window + D and the Alt + Tab combinations work. Thank you very much to all who responded, this was bugging me for a while!

Ctrl+Alt+Delete also works, if you want to do it that way.

But that'll open the task manager. I usually use Windows + D.

I use Xfire, but it doesn't support Hamumu games.... Jamul should get Xfire to add support! They did it for me, they'd do it for him.
