LL2: World without tags?

is it possible to make a super-simple LL2 world without tags?

If by super simple you mean just loony walking around maps, then yes. But if you want to use anything like NPC, presents, skills, talents and other stuff, you need to use tags. It's not that hard. You can find a help file for making worlds in addons>addon_making_info

You can also get help with tags and other things in the wiki article found here(http://hamumu.wikia.com/wiki/LL2_Editing)

Don't use your age as an excuse, it's very well possible for a nine year old to learn basic editor usage stuff like that. I had no trouble acquiring basic programming skills at your age; it's a matter of effort spent actually learning stuff, it has nothing to do with your age :3 Keep trying and you'll learn this eventually.

Not everyone can do that so easily though. Some people just have the right mind for it. But I agree, if you spend enough time learning it, it will eventually come to you.
