Well. Time to post! I guess my reason is that i was preoccupied with some pressing school work, and I've been giving the game some time to rake up some evidence. So, upon close examination, we have a deadline, and Gigacat and Felixrain are most likely mafia. Gigcat is the better option to vote for, and we need to end this and lynch someone so that the deadline forces a no lynch or whatever. If Gigacat is town, I will send my suspicions towards Megadog and Felixrain. VOTE: GIGACAT

Well, I have 6 voters voting me (Im so popular : P) so i better defend myself. Firstly, Im surprised that all of you totaly bandwagoned Megadogs vote, when he said he was ALMOST certain that i was Mafia. Fair enough, you may say. But none of you looked and said "Hmm, is it possible that eveyone who is voting Gigacat is mafia, trying to kill a townie quick and easy?" I think that either Megadog or Felixrain is Mafia, beacause I know Megadog, and he would normally think very hard about voting someone, unless he had a good reason, ie im mafia, gig isnt, vote. Felixrain then comes along and bandwagons it after specificcaly saying that he/she didnt want a political style mafia. I already argued that though. PS, is this Felixrains first mafa game?

Mod, I don't remember if you posted up a list of roles at the start of the game. Could you please let us know the possible roles? It would be a lot easier for us to see how many mafia we are looking for, and if there are any other 'special' power people like Lily/Julian, as well as on which side they would be on. E.g. Mafia role blocker, doctor, etc.

Bemyally, I have seen a lot of mafia games on this forum, and never saw a user list. The possible power roles may want to stay hidden, and such information may help the mafia. Also, using bold text is like shouting, and is not generally nice.

I see. So as far as I know, there could be, I don't know, 5 mafia players in the game or something? It should be a general rule for a user list to be given out beforehand. Otherwise you won't know how many people you would be looking for. In another game that I play, we play by the user list:

The F11 setup is the current game format used in Newbie games. To prevent the development of game-breaking strategies, these Newbie Games are Semi-Open, wherein the actual game setup is randomly chosen from one of four possible setups as detailed below:

1 Mafia Goon, 1 Mafia Roleblocker, 1 Sane Cop, 1 Sane Doctor, 5 Townies
1 Mafia Goon, 1 Mafia Roleblocker, 7 Townies
2 Mafia Goons, 1 Sane Cop, 6 Townies
2 Mafia Goons, 1 Sane Doctor, 6 Townies
If either of the first two setups are in play, and the situation occurs where the Goon is lynched first, the Roleblocker will still be able to submit both night kills and roleblocks (roleblocking is a function of the Roleblocker; night kills are a function of the scum team as a whole).

But of course this setup is only for smaller games. Such information would not be able to help mafia as they would not know which setup is being used.

I may also add that bolding text implies that you are talking to the moderator. In mafia games, it is necessary for you to bold votes otherwise they will not be counted. I don't think that a mod would be willing to read through all your squabble to see what you finally have to say. I apologise if it seems rude to you, but if I kept it unbolded, it would most likely not been read by sonic.

I understand that that is the way mafia games may be played elsewhere, but sonic is an experienced mafia player and I can guarantee that the way he hosts is the general way mafia games here are hosted .
And about the bold thing, It would be a very immature move in my opinion not to read all the posts in your own game. I know that is not the case, since I know from experience that sonic even reads through games he is not playing. Anyway, I am not actually into this game, so I can't comment on the way people actually play. I don't have anything more to say, have fun playing.
