I have no idea how to move around a level. Can Someone help me with this? Also, how do you delete items?

Move around with your numberpad (8, 4, 6, 2) (make sure number lock is on) and Backspace to remove items and monsters.

You use 2,4,6 and 8 to move around. I believe 2 moves left, 4 moves up, 6 moves down, and 8 moves right.
If I remember correctly, (it's been a while since Ive been in the editor) you move the mouse over the item and press the delete button on your keyboard. EDIT: Ninja'd by Redbone

I wish there was [a way to remap the keys]. It doesn't make sense why they're the numpad keys and not the arrow keys. the original Dr. L editor used the arrow keys.

Actually, no. The Dr. L editor also used the numpad, and so does Loonyland.
