In Bouapha's Excellent Expedition the entrances to the secret levels are found in:

Dessert Waistland

Metamorphosis Madness

Fiery Furnace

Halloween Beanie

Alien Nation

In Double Trouble it's not the secret level I'm looking for it's the Looney Key.

Go back to a secret level. After you SPISPOPD, look around before exiting.

I did what you said but found no loony key. Am I doing something wrong? I went into both but nothing happened.

Try the secret level with the pumpkins. Defeat the enemies and take a look around before exiting.
