Why did you make your music format for the game?
Wouldn't it have been easier to use .s3m or .it files? |

NO, it would have been MUCH MUCH MUCH harder! The music format is very simple, and I wrote the system that plays it, and the composer you can make songs for it in. Both of those would've been massive projects for a 'real' song format. Of course if I used a standard format, I wouldn't have needed to write my own player, but all the players for those kinds of things cost money, and I wouldn't have been able to include a composer.
