For the most part, you can... and for the most part, they'll work just like that (but you'll have to tell them which directory the game is installed in, since they only recognized the original Dr. L folder.

The problem comes in with worlds that show pictures or text files or play sounds. Supreme uses a different directory layout than the original game, so these won't work right as-is. You can do it like this:

1. Download the add-on.
2. Install it, but give it a made-up directory name to install into (for instance "C:\ThisNewWorld").
3. Once it's installed, navigate to the new folder it created by that name, and look inside. Whatever it put in the "Worlds" subfolder, you need to move to the worlds subfolder of your supreme directory. Whatever it put in the "Graphics" or "Sound" subfolders, you need to move to the supreme "User" subfolder. It shouldn't have put anything anywhere else!
4. Delete the directory the world installed into (i.e. "C:\ThisNewWorld").
5. Play Supreme!

That's not too easy for the non-techie types. When I have some time, I'll pack up all worlds that aren't included in supreme, and make them in an installer that will install them into supreme. Be warned that there are some really rare funky things that won't translate properly into Supreme. 99% of everything will work great, but if the world builder did something really complex and strange, it may not work quite right.
