In Dr. L with cheese, in SPOOKY FOREST, in THE FOREST SHRINE, what do you do to continue after you get the hammer and kill the skeletons across the river?

Hidden elsewhere within the world are four secret entrances to four back-door areas of the Shrine. In each of these four areas, there's something you need to do to let you gain access to the main gate. In one area, you drain the moat, in another you pull back the gate, in the third you switch off the lights to avoid detection, and in the fourth you defeat the hordes of monsters out back. Once you find the four secret entrances and accomplish the four tasks, you'll be able to get in the front entrance to the Shrine and fight the secret boss for this world.
