Secret levels to Oregon Trail, Deserted Desert Dessert....

Can someone please tell me how to get those worlds?
I completed and got all of the candles in every world but the level is still blocked! Can someone tell me how to get it?

PS I got a Key of Lunacy but when I went to the shop it shows that I have no keys. I go to the lockers and open one but it does'nt! Is it a glitch?

You need to collect the 4 hidden keychains to enter the "keychain level" in each world.

As for Keys of Lunacy, maybe you're mistaken about what one is, or you did use it and din't notice! Each one you get opens one locker, so see if any lockers are open. You can only earn one Key Of Lunacy in each world (although you can reset a world to earn its key over again if you really want to).
